The Challenge
Celebrity Cruises, the travel industry’s highest rated premium cruise brand, wanted to understand how to better serve their European guests, an emerging segment of the market.
The Solution
I worked with the Managing Director of EMEA Royal Caribbean and Celebrity Cruises to design and conduct shipboard research that uncovered some fundamental unmet needs that could be easily satisfied to improve Celebrity’s experience for these customers.
