
What targets should we prioritize for a service we're still defining?
The Challenge
Medify, a venture capital-backed startup (purchased by Alliance Health in 2012), wanted to jumpstart their B2B strategy development while concurrently building and launching their medical website to consumers.
The Solution
Collaborating with the CEO, I conducted primary and secondary research to challenge hypotheses on which key constituencies they should partner with, and how; and developed a framework to help them prioritize the most promising options. This helped Medify gain alignment with their VC partner on their partnering strategy.
